I went too far with my science fair, I did medical and human bioengineering and so forth. You could do psychology, that's really easy and very interesting. Or do chemistry, see how different chemical drinks are processed through he body in sports or in every day activities and how they react both in chemistry and biologically.

Well, if you are a fan of music you could do how does music affect the heart rate, thats what I did, and do different music, but find the person you are testing's favorite music, do what they hate, do music they haven't heard, classical, rock, rap, country.
