I've heard radiologic techs make good money, have flexible hours, and interesting work. The only thing is, you have to be really careful about exposure to harmful radiation. They have strict regulations for that, though.

I worked at McDonald's & struggled my whole life with work it did nothing good for me.....My son worked over a year for Taco Bell & he recieved a finance degree. He went to work for home depo then in construction & after the finance degree he was a superintendent in construction & working many hours a week & still working on his MBA. I think his degree has something also to do with building management & he may be involves some how with engineering.

yes... and 40000 is really not that much money a year you can make way more than that if you did something like automotive tech school

It could be a start but you need to work really hard to get to the top versus one who has degrees.

There are actually many career schools that are quite expensive but don't have qualified instructors or an accredited curriculum despite the $$ needed to attend. If it were me, I would look at the county vo-tech school as long as the program is accredited within the industry. Those private career schools just hike up the tuition to make the extra bucks.
